Hi, I’m Leticia, a certified Health & Fitness Coach specializing in weight loss, fat loss, muscle building, and meal planning. My journey began during my battle with breast cancer, where I discovered the transformative power of fitness. This experience fueled my passion to help other women take control of their health.

I’ve never been a fan of exercise and healthy eating; I would skip breakfast/lunch and sometimes dinner because I didn’t have time to prepare it or was too lazy to do so. I lived on coffee and sat for 9-12 hours while working from home. I had no energy, body aches, and lack of care and knowledge in health/nutrition that was putting my health at risk. In September 2023, I decided I needed a change. I discussed my concerns with Leticia (RENEWEDSTRENGTH) and changed my life. As soon as I signed up for the program, I could see the changes in a matter of days; I was more productive and wasn’t tired or in pain all the time. In the first few weeks or two, I cut out all the wrong foods and replaced them with food with nutritional value, as suggested in her program. I drank over 64oz of water a day, which was so hard for me since I never enjoyed water, it sounded more complicated than it was, but once my body was receiving water, I started to enjoy it, now not a day goes by that I don’t have a jug of water next to me. In just 3 months with Leticia's workout/meal plans, I’ve dropped almost 20 lbs.
