Empowering Women Through Strength, Healing & Confidence

Hi, I’m Leticia Bolorin — a 2x breast cancer survivor, Cancer Exercise Specialist (CETI), Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and Breast Health & Recovery Coach.

I help women 40+ navigating breast cancer recovery, post-chemo weight gain, and menopause rebuild strength, lose weight, and feel confident again through sustainable strength training, hormone-supportive nutrition, and mindset coaching.

My journey didn’t start in a gym — it started in a fight for my life. After facing cancer twice, medical menopause, osteoporosis, and medicine-induced lupus, I discovered the healing power of movement, nourishment, and consistency. I lost 80 lbs, reversed osteoporosis, and learned how to thrive through every season of womanhood.

I’m also the author of The Strong Not Stuck Journal – 12 Weeks of Strength, Healing & Self-Love, a guided tool created to help women rebuild from the inside out.

As the Founder of Renewed Strength LLC, I empower women to rebuild after breast cancer, overcome post-chemo weight gain, and break free from yo-yo dieting through a holistic approach that combines strength training to rebuild the body, realistic nutrition for balance, and sustainable mindset strategies that create lasting transformation.
